We crossed over to South Africa yesterday with no problems.

Our campsite this night was at a very beautiful vineyard in Trawal, SA called highlanders. For about 60 Rand each the group had a wine tasting of 7 wines with some assorted cheeses. Yummy.
Another overlanding group from Gecko was at the vineyard as well and joined us for the tasting. We all ended up hanging out and playing games til late.
What I have learned:
The vegetable game - everyone picks a veggie name, then without showing your teeth you have to say the name of your veggie then the name of someone elses. If you are called on you have to do the same thing.
