November 19, 2013 - Huerquehue National Park, Chile
The 2 German girls I met on the volcano and then went to the asado with invited me to join them on their hike at the Huerquehue National Park. I joined them on the bus to the park and funny enough about half our volcano group was their as well. We ended up with a group 7 hiking together through the park today. The bus dropped us off at the park at 9:45 and we hiked around the lakes until almost 5. We did get to stop for a french press coffee and homemade raspberry pie! And, without surprise, the scenery was amazing.
